Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience

Experience in private household management, hospitality, property management or personal assistance is preferred

Able to communicate in Mandarin and English

Responsible, organised and detail-oriented

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Trustworthy, discreet and respectful of privacy

Able to work according to required shift schedule

Valid driving licence is an advantage

Oversee daily household operations and ensure everything runs smoothly

Coordinate cleaners, maintenance personnel and service providers

Arrange repairs, maintenance, deliveries and appointments

Manage groceries, household supplies and daily necessities

Track household expenses, bills and receipts

Assist with reservations, errands and personal arrangements when required

Prepare and coordinate arrangements for guests and visitors

Follow up on household matters proactively without constant reminders

Handle unexpected issues and find practical solutions promptly

Keep the employer updated on important matters at all times

Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality at all times
