Job Description

We are an established and growing restaurant brand in Singapore looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, expand our corporate and catering client base, and strengthen our market presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing corporate partnerships, managing event bookings, and developing marketing strategies to boost footfall and revenue across our dining concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue & Sales Growth: Identify, pitch, and secure new corporate dining accounts, corporate catering contracts, and group event/banquet bookings.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, local concierges, and key industry partners.

  • Marketing & Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional packages, seasonal menus, and targeted campaigns that drive off-peak and peak dining traffic.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine pricing strategies and customer acquisition tactics.

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client inquiries, negotiate contract terms, handle custom event requests, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction from pitch to post-event follow-up.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain sales pipelines, and report revenue forecasts to management on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or account management within the F&B, hospitality, or events industry.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, pitch presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the Singapore F&B landscape, corporate dining trends, and local marketing channels.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to liaise with corporate clients and internal teams.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
