Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager and Project Director in planning and coordinating construction activities.
Monitor site progress, project schedules, costs, quality, and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate construction documentation, contractual submissions, and project meeting follow-ups.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.
Oversee quality assurance, defect rectification, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Coordinate handover documentation and monitor defects during the defects liability period.
Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and established site safety procedures.
Promote environmental sustainability and relevant green building practices.
Implement risk management measures and identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency, quality, and cost control.
Keep up to date with construction technologies, industry developments, and best practices.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline.
Minimum 7 years of practical experience, including 5 years in building construction management.
Relevant Construction Safety Course for Project Managers certification.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of construction project management and site operations.
