We're Hiring: Project Manager - ServiceNow Configuration, SaaS, CRM!

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee ServiceNow configuration projects within SaaS and CRM environments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful project delivery, excellent communication skills, and strong technical knowledge in enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow configuration projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
️ Oversee integration with SaaS and CRM solutions
Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks
Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
Prepare documentation and reports on project status

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management (ServiceNow/SaaS/CRM)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration principles
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• ServiceNow / CRM / Case Management implementation or POC
• Enterprise SaaS implementation
• Customer service / case processing workflows
