Full Time Assistant Chef (Cafe) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in GIG COFFEE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Ensure smooth & efficient daily kitchen operations, food preparations and implementation of new menu.
• Prepare / cook dishes according to cafe's standards of quality control, recipes, cooking techniques and food presentation to the guests.
• Ensure food storage, handling and hygiene are in accordance with NEA regulations and standards.
• Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and in good working conditions.
• Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
• Maintain proper and sufficient stock of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment within company's guidelines for smooth running of daily operations.
• Maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues and continual improvement through guests' feedback.
• Support safe work habits and environment at all times.
• Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with 2 years' relevant experience

• Minimum secondary school education with a valid WSQ food safety & hygiene certificate 

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Able to work independently and support other team members proactively in a fast-paced environment
