Job Responsibilities:

·       Execute conduct risk monitoring activities in accordance with approved procedures, ensuring timely reviews, accurate documentation, and escalation of exceptions or material findings.

·       Conduct persistency monitoring to investigate adverse trends and support follow-up actions that improve sales quality, customer retention, and fair customer outcomes.

·       Perform post-evaluation reviews of awards and incentives, including notifications, reinstatement assessments, and claw back actions in line with internal policies.

·       Administer and monitor replacement of policy cases, including notifications, reminders, exception reviews, claw back processing, and maintenance of accurate records.

·       Analyze data monitoring outputs, coordinate risk-based site visits, and review introducer campaigns and prospecting activities for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

·       Maintain monitoring procedures and trackers, identify control gaps, recommend remediation, and support the testing and implementation of process improvements.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 2 years of relevant risk or case management experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
