Full Time Nurse Admin Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in St. Andrew's Nursing Home (Tampines North) - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Nursing department in all administrative functions, including filing, coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, monitoring stationery usage, transport requests, resident meal requests, and raising purchase requisitions.
• Assist in the billing of services rendered to residents by nursing services (e.g., medication, transport, consumables).
• Assist in requisition and condemnation of ward fixed assets.
• Assist in the administrative aspects of ward equipment maintenance, including liaising with internal departments such as Purchasing and Facilities.
• Maintain inventory of consumables by managing stock orders.
• Support Nursing by participating in various activities organized by the Nursing Home.
• Assist in administrative preparations, such as materials and refreshments for workshops and key meetings.
• Participate and provide support in corporate activities and events.
• Support data entry into the ECCare Suite System.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing / Assistant Director of Nursing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimally posses GCE O-Level, ITE, or Diploma.
• Preferably in a healthcare-related field
• Prior experience in healthcare administration is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working a 5.5-day work week
• Able to do staggered hours (during weekdays)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team

Pay: $1,950.00 - $2,800.00 per month
