• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.

• Relevant experience in managing interior fit-out or renovation projects.

• Mandarin speaker is mandatory for this positon.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling and site coordination.

• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage subcontractors, suppliers and project resources effectively.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee interior design fit-out and renovation projects from commencement to completion, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, coordinate and supervise ID fit-out and renovation projects from commencement to completion and handover.

• Prepare project schedules, coordinate resources and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion in accordance with the approved work programme.

• Monitor project costs, manpower, materials and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and required quality standards.

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with clients' requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
