What You’ll Do

Live Chat Support: Deliver fast, friendly assistance to customers via live chat.

Issue Resolution: Resolve queries and troubleshooting in real time.

Product Guidance: Recommend solutions and services tailored to customer needs.

Retention Focus: Provide proactive support to foster customer loyalty.

Hit Targets: Achieve individual KPIs and offer top-tier service.

Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to optimize chat workflows and overall service quality.

Requirements

Diploma in any field (fresh grads or currently unemployed candidates encouraged)

Excellent written communication in English (additional languages are a plus)

Customer-first mindset: patient, positive, and helpful

Confident using chat platforms and basic tech tools

Team player with the drive to learn and grow

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
