FRONT DESK RESIDENT (PART-TIME) Piladay House | Holland Village
Piladay is a boutique private Pilates studio built on personalised, high-touch client experiences. We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Front Desk Resident to join our Holland Village team on a part-time basis.
This is a front-facing role at the heart of studio operations — you'll be the first person our clients see and hear, and a key support to our instructors and management team.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming clients and managing the studio experience from arrival to departure
Handling bookings, scheduling, and appointment coordination across private and group sessions
Onboarding new clients — walking them through registration, studio policies, and what to expect
Managing payments, invoicing, and billing enquiries
Maintaining accurate client records in our booking system
Monitoring attendance, late cancellations, and no-shows in line with studio policy
Keeping the studio clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly throughout your shift
Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Warm, professional communicator — strong spoken and written English is essential
Comfortable in a client-facing environment and genuinely enjoys people
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask during busy periods
Reliable and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person

started in 2023 as a small boutique studio offering exclusive private Pilates sessions, built on a simple belief: every client deserves focused, personalised attention. Since then, we've grown into a Singapore-based Pilates and wellbeing community centred on refined movement, intelligent education, and elevated wellbeing.
Today, we have two homes.
Piladay House
, our studio at Holland, stays true to our roots with private solo and duet sessions in an intimate, welcoming space.
Piladay Academy
, at Boat Quay, is where we nurture the next generation of instructors through courses, workshops, apprenticeship training, and group classes, alongside private sessions and community events. Beyond our studios, we also partner with like-minded brands, including our ongoing classes with Minmed at Jewel, as well as corporate collaborations and private events.
As we continue to grow, we're always excited to meet people who'd love to be part of what we're building.
