Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals for preschool children and staff.
Follow the daily menu and cater to specified dietary requirements.
Ensure meals are nutritious, hygienically prepared and served on time.
Maintain proper food storage and monitor kitchen supplies.
Keep the kitchen, cooking equipment and utensils clean and organised.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Assist with daily kitchen operations and other assigned duties.
Requirements:
Experience in cooking or food preparation is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Able to prepare meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
Responsible, organised and able to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
