Full Time RETAIL SENIOR ADVISOR - PADINI CONCEPT STORE IOI CITY MALL Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Padini Holdings Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Lead and support the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth business activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Supervise, motivate, and monitor staff performance, discipline, and customer service standards.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and maintained according to company standards.
• Monitor product displays, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Compile and maintain daily sales collections, prepare sales reports, and support operational reporting.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and coach team members to improve product knowledge and service quality.
• Assist the Outlet Supervisor/Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the management when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in a fashion retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Independent, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Computer literate and able to prepare basic operational reports.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended working hours when required.
