What you'll be doing

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, and YouTube.
• Support the creation of engaging content, including short-form videos, blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing short-form vertical videos for social media.
• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for social media videos, including presenting, acting, or participating in content shoots when required.
• Participate in market research and data analysis to gain insights and support marketing strategies.
• Work with different teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign performance.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed.
• Be open to learning new skills and taking on different tasks when needed, including tasks that may not be specifically listed in this job description.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn information into engaging and compelling content.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when needed, with a willingness to participate in social media videos, skits, and other content productions.
• Must be able to provide at least 3 examples of vertical videos that you have personally shot and edited. These can be from client work, personal projects, hobbies, or university assignments.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills, with an understanding of short-form content trends on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for marketing and an interest in keeping up with the latest social media trends and content ideas.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and take initiative when given new responsibilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.

Office Details:

• Standard hours is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm but may be required to work different hours 1-2 days a month if there are certain events.
• Allowance based in office: RM1,000 + performance bonus
