Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, preferably with hands-on Shopify experience.

Proficient in Shopify, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), basic SEO, and e-commerce performance reporting.

Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and Shopify apps will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend suitable improvements.

Able to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and manage the Shopify platform effectively.

Manage the daily operations, maintenance, and overall performance of the Shopify e-commerce website.

Monitor and analyse key e-commerce metrics, including sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer behaviour.

Identify website and sales performance issues, recommend improvement strategies, and implement suitable actions to improve overall e-commerce performance.

Manage Shopify apps and integrations, and coordinate with developers or service providers to resolve website issues and implement new features.

Support CRM and customer retention initiatives, including abandoned cart recovery, repeat purchases, upselling, and cross-selling activities.

Perform SEO optimisation to improve organic traffic, search engine rankings, and product visibility.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new e-commerce growth opportunities.

Prepare monthly Shopify performance reports highlighting key findings, performance trends, issues, and recommended action plans.
