Full Time Supply Chain Executive (Oversea Ordering) Jobs, in Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

​​​Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or any related field.

​Prior experience in ordering and shipping processes with suppliers is an added advantage​​

​​​Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate resources. 

​Detail-oriented and well-organized. 

​Familiar with PO processes and documentation. 

Willingness to travel to HQ in Jementah, Johor for meetings, trainings and operational support when required

Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock. 

​Generate Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) to replenish warehouse stock based on forecast demand and stock thresholds. 

​Coordinate with suppliers on BPO confirmations, shipment updates, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. 

​Ensure all BPOs are accurate, properly documented, and comply with company procurement policies. 

​Check and verify Import Document (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading), prepare payment request. 

​Manage and monitor the conversion of Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) into Purchase Orders (POs). 

​Liaise with warehouse and finance teams to ensure smooth receiving and invoicing processes. 

​Communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role requires frequent coordination with Chinese-speaking suppliers and business partners. 

 Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.​
