• No experience required (training will be provided)

• Interested in food preparation / kitchen work

• Able to work in a team and follow instructions

• Physically fit and able to work in a kitchen environment

• Able to work long hours / stand for extended periods

• Punctual with good attendance

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ingredient Preparation

• Prepare raw ingredients according to production requirements

• Ensure ingredients are measured and stored in accordance with SOP

2. Cooking Support

• Assist in large-scale cooking processes

• Prepare supporting ingredients during production

3. Product Packaging

• Pack and label products accurately

• Ensure quality standards and portion control are maintained

4. Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment

• Comply with food safety and hygiene guidelines

5. Inventory Management

• Assist in monitoring raw material stock

• Practice FIFO (First In, First Out) system
