About the job

We're standing up a Partner Business Unit for Google Cloud, and we need someone to run it. This is a senior sales role for a person who already has the room at Google. The field reps, partner managers, customer engineers, and industry leads who take your call. You use those relationships to open new accounts and new patches, run the pitch and the deal yourself, then hand the account to our delivery team and go open the next one.

What you'll do

• Open net-new accounts by working directly with Google Cloud field and partner teams to find and shape opportunities.
• Own the deal from the first executive meeting through commercial and legal negotiation to a signed contract.
• Build the point of view and the AI use case, on Vertex AI, Gemini, and BigQuery, that makes both Google and the customer want to move.
• Hand each account to our Solution Consulting team once it's open, then move to the next patch.

What you need

• Active, current relationships inside Google Cloud that you can use on day one. Not "worked adjacent to Google." Real people who know you and will take the meeting.
• A closing record you can name. You've carried a number in enterprise cloud or AI sales and hit it, running full-cycle deals.
• Enough technical fluency to shape and pitch an AI solution yourself, without waiting on a pre-sales engineer.
• To be in the room. You're based in Singapore and you spend real time at Google's offices and at customer sites.
