About the Roles

Join a healthcare aesthetic clinic in Central Singapore as a Clinic Manager, working Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday from 10.00am to 5.00pm. This is a permanent position offering Basic + Incentive + Performance Bonus, with responsibilities spanning clinic operations, team coordination, client consultation support and business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily clinic operations and coordinate staff activities.
• Monitor clinic financial performance and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with doctors and management to work towards clinic revenue and sales targets.
• Explain recommended hair and skin aesthetic treatments based on doctors’ assessments and clients’ concerns.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and packages through ethical upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support bookings and repeat visits.
• Provide personalised assistance throughout the client journey to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate consultation, client and treatment records while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Ensure clinic procedures, consultation protocols and applicable MOH guidelines are followed.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improving clinic workflows and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, staff coordination and financial management.
• Familiarity with hair and skin aesthetic treatments and relevant medical terminology.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship management skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional approach to consultations and sales.
• Able to identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
