Full Time Training Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in S & A BINTANG SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in developing and updating training modules related to the company’s services.

· Assist in organising training programme, seminar or team-building activity

· Create and publish creative social media content pieces to promote training activities and programmes.

· Assist in preparing new business proposal per month related to training and development initiatives.

· Prepare monthly summary report covering participant satisfaction after training, training video content, and the progress/status of the company’s social media platforms.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Internship or experience in marketing, social media, content creation, training coordination or event management is an advantage.

· Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

· Creative and able to develop engaging content for social media.

· Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of content creation, video editing and graphic design is an advantage.

· Good organisational and project management skills.

· Able to prepare reports, proposals and presentations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva or other relevant content creation tools.

· Proactive, creative and willing to learn.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
