Role Summary
The Senior Executive Business Analyst transforms telemedicine data into strategic decisions while managing the executive administration that keeps the physician workforce rostered, accountable, and compensated. This role combines healthcare analytics, focused on teleconsultation trends and ePrescription (EPS) utilization, with operational ownership of doctor attendance tracking, rostering support, incentive calculations, and CSAT performance. This position serves as a central engine supporting executive leadership by extracting, collating, and analyzing complex datasets to deliver actionable business analytics and clinical market insights
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare analytics
- Track weekly and monthly volume, completion rate, missed cases and waiting time for teleconsultation and ePrescription (EPS)
- Measure doctor productivity against KPI targets, including handling time per case
- Support in building demand and capacity models by day/week/month, including weekday versus weekend and peak patterns
- Reconcile figures across MyHA Live Dashboard and Looker Studio, and flag and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor EPS approval/rejection rate, incomplete-record rates and assignment against configured capacity
- Analyse top teleconsultation diagnoses and top EPS-approved medications monthly and annually
- Transform healthcare analytics into operational and business strategy to drive informed executive decision-making
eDoctor attendance and rostering
- Maintain accurate attendance records for permanent and locum doctors
- Support the Telemedicine Lead and Co-Lead on roster preparation, fill-rate tracking and gap alerts
- Track locum hours against the 30-hour weekly cap and permanent hours against the 45-hour week
- Maintain the doctor roster and records in Lark Base or authorized platforms within the organization
Incentive and payout calculations
- Calculate monthly locum payouts by rate category: weekday, weekend, public holiday and night shift
- Calculate permanent night-shift incentives within and beyond the 45-hour week
- Prepare payout summaries for Finance and HR, and resolve queries and adjustments on time
- Maintain a clear audit trail for every payout calculation
CSAT and quality reporting
- Track CSAT ratings, complaints and rating response rates by doctor and service line
- Flag doctors or shifts with low ratings or rising complaints to the Telemedicine Lead
- Support clinical audit analytics and quality metrics reporting
Executive reporting and business intelligence
- Produce weekly operational dashboards and monthly executive reports
- Track cost per case, cost per working hour, utilization and ROI of workforce and programme initiatives
- Prepare board and management paper inputs, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Support programme performance tracking for partnerships and new clinical initiatives
- Deliver timely market analysis aligned with commercial and operational goals, and maintain internal performance reports to improve strategic decision-making and business visibility
Key Performance Indicators
- Weekly and monthly reports delivered on schedule, with no unreconciled data discrepancies outstanding
- Payout calculations accurate and submitted to Finance by the monthly cut-off
- Attendance and roster records complete and current for all active doctors
- Doctor productivity and CSAT reported by individual, shift and service line
- Turnaround time maintained for ad-hoc executive analyses, ensuring timely delivery of high- priority market and operational insight requests.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Health Informatics or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience in data analysis, business analysis or operations reporting, ideally in healthcare, financial institution, or digital services
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with Looker Studio, Power BI or similar dashboard tools
- Familiarity with Lark Suite or similar collaboration and database tools is an advantage
- Comfort with payroll-style calculations and high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication, able to present findings to clinical and senior management audiences
- Understanding of healthcare operations or medical terminology is an advantage
- Handles confidential doctor and patient-related data with discretion, in line with PDPA
