Full Time Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in MESH Consultancy & Training Centre Plt WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• At least a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or relevant field.

• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally selling training, consultancy or OSH/HSE services

• A track record of meeting sales targets and closing corporate deals.

• Strong presentation, negotiation and proposal-writing skills.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Confident with Microsoft 365.

• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites around Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy that involves both online and offline marketing for new businesses in all industrial sector.

• Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact through proposal, negotiation and close.

• Understand each client's OSH obligations under OSHA 1994 and DOSH requirements, and match them with the right MESH training, assessment or consultancy package.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions with the technical and operations teams.

• Help clients use HRD Corp funding for training, and coordinate with our claims team so grants are approved before training starts.

• Grow repeat and retainer business from existing clients.

• Represent MESH at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings.

• Work with marketing on campaigns, case studies and lead generation.

• Keep accurate CRM records and report monthly on pipeline, revenue and forecasts.
