Job Requirements

• There is no formal education requirement, but candidates with SPM or equivalent are preferred.

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, café, or food and beverage environment is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply, and training is provided.

• Willing to learn, hardworking, and responsible.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene is an advantage.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Good attendance, punctuality, and a positive working attitude.

• Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.

• Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Service Crew:

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately.

• Ensure tables, dining areas and service stations are clean and well-maintained.

• Assist with table setting, clearing and resetting.

• Respond to customer enquiries and requests politely and professionally.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

• Follow company SOP, food safety and hygiene standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the outlet supervisor or management.

Kitchen Crew:

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients, including washing, cutting, and portioning food.

• Prepare and cook food according to the menu and standard recipes.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Monitor food ingredients and inform the supervisor when stock is running low.

• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.

• Support daily kitchen operations and work closely with other team members.

• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
