Job Description
Responsibilities
Lifting of precast products or materials on site.
Monitor the load weight and stability of the Tower Crane.
Basic housekeeping and maintenance of the Tower Crane.
Ensure compliance of all safety, environmental and other company’s policies, procedures and requirement.
Take charge and inspecting of the Tower Crane before and after use.
Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirement
Completed at least secondary school education.
Possesses a valid Tower Crane License from the Ministry of Manpower.
At least 5 years of handling Tower Crane experience.
Must be a team member and able to communicate well.
Must have HDB project experience.
Chiu Teng Construction Co. Pte Ltd was incorporated to build condominium and landed properties and slowly developed and form a team of management from local and overseas to build more projects in Singapore. CTC gradually transformed from a small construction company to become a Main Contractor embarking on bigger projects in the industrial, Commercial and Public Sectors.
