Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sale and Events Marketing (Entry) role based in Singapore. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of events marketing campaigns, including setting up event spaces, engaging with potential customers, and presenting product or service information clearly and confidently. The individual will promote client offerings, drive sales at event locations, and provide basic customer service support by answering questions and resolving issues on the spot. Day-to-day tasks also include tracking sales performance, gathering customer feedback, assisting in training sessions with the team, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations at each event. The role offers opportunities to learn sales techniques, gain hands-on marketing experience, and develop professional communication skills.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and active listening.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive event experience.
• Sales skills to engage prospects, demonstrate product value, and close on-site sales.
• Ability to support Training activities and learn from ongoing guidance and coaching.
• Interest in Sales Management concepts and willingness to grow into leadership responsibilities over time.
• Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, event-based environments.
• Ability to work on-site across various event locations in Singapore, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Previous experience in sales, events, or retail is an advantage but not required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
