Full Time Japanese-Speaking System Operator Jobs, in Diksha Technologies Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a Japanese-Speaking System Operator to join an IT operations team in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT systems in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow IT operational procedures and ensure timely issue escalation.
• Maintain proper communication and documentation during shift operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Technical Support.
• Hands-on experience with AS/400, Control-M, Microsoft Azure, and AWS Cloud.
• Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
• Good written and spoken Japanese and English.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification is preferred.
• Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
• Comfortable with the 4 days working / 4 days off shift pattern.
