Job Description

- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

- Assist in planning and organizing administrative procedures and systems.

- Manage inventory requirements and place orders as necessary.

- Organize and coordinate daily operations and procedures.

- Handle communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Prepare and maintain required documents, records, and reports in the system.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.

- Assist in store management activities as required to support smooth operations and overall team efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Minimum NITEC qualification in any field.

- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Able to work independently.

- Meticulous and organized when handling documents and records.
