Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the beauty business.
• Manage and lead beauty salon/clinic teams to achieve business and sales targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
• Manage staff performance, recruitment, training, and development.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, expenses, and overall business profitability.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expansion.
• Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Beauty Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, spa, or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong business development and sales management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
• Able to work independently and make effective management decisions.
• Singapore beauty industry experience will be an advantage.
