Full Time Regional Digital Project Manager, APAC, Healthcare Company Jobs, in Profile Executive Search - Maukerja

Our client, a Healthcare company is looking for a Regional Digital Project Manager to drive the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across APAC. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project leader to manage multiple regional technology projects, delivering customer-facing digital platforms, enterprise applications and digital solutions. You will work closely with regional business stakeholders, IT teams and external technology partners to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple digital and technology projects across APAC, from requirements gathering, solution design and development through to implementation, deployment and business adoption.
• Drive the implementation and enhancement of websites, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems and digital marketing solutions across regional markets.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Medical, Customer Experience and IT teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Manage regional project governance, budgets, timelines, risks and external technology vendors, ensuring successful delivery across multiple markets while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate market rollouts, system integrations, testing and change management to ensure consistent adoption and scalability of digital solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in project management, including at least 3 years delivering digital transformation, customer-facing technology platforms or enterprise application projects.
• Well versed in managing multiple concurrent digital projects across APAC markets, covering the full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Hands-on experience delivering web, mobile, e-commerce, CRM or digital marketing platforms, with a good understanding of system integrations, SDLC and technology implementation.
• Strong experience managing regional stakeholders, external vendors, digital agencies and system integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project governance and execution capabilities. Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries would be highly advantageous.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications would be an added advantage.
