1. management positions are responsible for the main goals and plans in their functional areas, and formulate, participate in or assist the upper level to implement relevant policies and systems;

2. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of department employees;

3. Maintain communication with sales staff, customer service department and other departments to analyze market trends and customer needs;

4. Responsible for sales-related advertising plans, promotional activities, etc., and responsible for their planning, execution, and evaluation;

5. Conduct business surveys and provide market positioning analysis reports for products and services;

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, majoring in marketing or business management is preferred;
