Full Time Tekla detailer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in HUI DA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop detailed 3D structural models in Tekla Structures.
• Interpret structural drawings, design plans, specifications, and engineering calculations.
• Model structural steel members such as:
• Columns and beams
• Bracing and trusses
• Stairs, platforms, and handrails
• Connections, plates, cleats, bolts, and welds
• Prepare accurate shop/fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and assembly drawings.
• Generate GA (General Arrangement) drawings, single-part drawings, and assembly drawings as required.
• Produce BOM/MTO reports and ensure quantities and material information are accurate.
• Detail structural connections according to engineering requirements and project standards.
• Check dimensions, levels, member sizes, connections, bolt arrangements, and other detailing information.
• Coordinate the Tekla model with structural engineers, architects, MEP teams, fabricators, and site personnel.
• Identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and design/detailing issues before fabrication.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain accurate model/drawing revisions.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, project specifications, fabrication standards, and company procedures.
• Perform quality checks on models and drawings before submission.
• Communicate with engineers and project teams to clarify technical and detailing requirements.
• Support fabrication and erection teams by providing technical information and resolving drawing-related issues.
• Maintain proper organization of Tekla models, drawings, reports, and project documentation.
• Meet project deadlines, quality requirements, and drawing submission schedules.

Typical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Tekla Structures and structural steel detailing.
• Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, connections, welding, and bolting.
• Understanding of structural steel standards and detailing practices.
• Knowledge of shop drawings, erection drawings, GA drawings, and BOM/MTO.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify clashes and constructability issues.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant engineering/design software.
• Ability to work independently as well as with engineers and project teams.
