Role Description The SAP FICO Support Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. This role involves providing end-user support for SAP FICO modules, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring timely resolution of finance and controlling-related incidents. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, perform configuration changes or enhancements, and support testing activities for new functionalities or system upgrades. Daily responsibilities include monitoring integrations with other SAP modules, maintaining documentation for processes and configurations, and escalating complex technical issues to relevant teams or vendors when necessary. The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, training users on SAP FICO processes, and supporting efforts to maintain high data quality and compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, interpret financial data, and propose practical solutions.
• 5 to 7 years old Fico experience
• S4 hana experience will be appreciated
• Experience in customer support and customer satisfaction, with a focus on responsive, professional interaction with business users.
• Proficiency in technical support for SAP FICO modules, including incident management, configuration support, and system troubleshooting.
• Consulting skills to gather requirements, advise stakeholders on best practices, and align SAP FICO processes with business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) in support or implementation roles.
• Understanding of finance and accounting principles and their application within SAP systems.
• Ability to work on-site in WP Kuala Lumpur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications or training in SAP FICO are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document processes and solutions clearly.
