Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in quality assurance or quality control is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures and quality standards.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to identify quality issues.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain quality standards and procedures.

  • Conduct quality inspections and checks on products, processes, or services.

  • Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports and documentation.

  • Assist in investigating quality-related complaints and non-conformities.

  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.

  • Work with relevant departments to improve quality and processes.
