ShopNJoy is a consumer rewards and merchant discovery platform connecting shoppers with physical retail and F&B businesses. We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Content Executive to create content and publish it across our marketing channels and app.

This is an entry-level opportunity, suitable for a fresh polytechnic graduate with a strong creative portfolio and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll do:

(A) Create photos, videos and digital assets

• Plan and carry out shoots for merchant profiles, products, services and brand activities.
• Edit short-form videos and photos for social media, campaigns and in-app use.
• Create and adapt digital assets for marketing campaigns, partnerships and collaborations.
• Work with our creative designer to apply ShopNJoy’s brand guidelines consistently.

(B) Support in-app content publishing

• Set up and update merchant listings, tiles, deals and banners.
• Prepare and upload visuals and supplied copy to the appropriate formats.
• Check that published content is accurate, displays correctly and meets brand standards.
• Coordinate with Merchant Success to support merchant onboarding and content updates.

(C) Keep content production moving

• Organise source files, edited assets and templates for easy reuse.
• Work with the Marketing team to deliver content according to agreed briefs and schedules.
• Explore and adopt AI-assisted tools to improve content creation and editing as our capabilities develop.

What we’relooking for:

• A diploma in Mass Communication, Media Production, Digital Media, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Practical photography, videography and editing skills, demonstrated through a portfolio. School and personal projects are welcome.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or Canva—you don’t need to know every tool.
• A good eye for composition, visual storytelling and detail.
• Comfortable working with merchants and colleagues during shoots and content coordination.
• Organised and reliable, with the ability to follow briefs, manage deadlines and check your own work.
• Curious about new creative tools, including AI, and willing to develop your skills.
• Comfortable travelling to merchant locations across Singapore for shoots.

Who you’llwork with

You’ll report to the Marketing lead and work closely with our creative designer and Merchant Success team. You’ll receive creative direction while gaining practical experience across content production, brand execution and in-app publishing.
