Job Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling data entry, processing insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting daily operational activities.

• Candidates with good computer skills, strong communication abilities, and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of working experience.

• Good computer skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Insurance industry experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documents.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Responsible, organised, and able to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

• Willing to learn and adapt to daily operational requirements.

• Perform daily data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with insurance policy issuance and processing.

• Ensure all policy information and documentation are accurate and complete.

• Review and verify customer details before processing insurance policies.

• Maintain and update records in the company system.

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.

• Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in policy documentation.

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline.

• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
