Responsibilities
Dates Required: Weekdays/Weekend
Time: Depends on Schedule (in between 12pm-9pm)
Dress Code: Top Provided, long pants and (Black/White) comfortable covered shoes
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist customers with backend account setup & system processe
Assist customers with SIM swap services (4G to 5G upgrade)
Help with digital registrations & app-related matters
Support smooth roadshow operations
Ad-hoc support when required
We’re Looking For:
Tech-savvy & comfortable using mobile apps / systems
Friendly & confident talking to customers
Proactive and responsible
Immediate starter preferred
Training provided
