Full Time Technical Sourcing Engineer Jobs, in CSYAP Group Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sourcing Engineer to join our team. If you have a technical background and enjoy supplier sourcing, cost negotiation, and working closely with cross-functional teams, we welcome you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source suppliers for engineering materials, components, equipment, and services based on technical and business requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery lead time, technical capabilities, and reliability.
• Review technical specifications, engineering drawings, and material requirements to ensure compliance with project and production needs.
• Request and evaluate quotations, conduct cost comparisons, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams to ensure materials and components meet technical and quality requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships while identifying alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Support cost reduction initiatives, supplier development, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in technical sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supplier management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements.
• Good negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
