Job Description

• Orchestrating marketing campaigns, and aligning these efforts with the company’s business goals to drive growth and customer engagement
• Increase brand awareness through development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan
• Crafting innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
• Track return on investment (ROI), study market trends, and review performance to improve future campaigns
• Driving revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives
• Analyzing market trends and consumer behaviour to form strategic decisions
• Overseeing brand management and positioning in the marketplace
• Leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
• Fostering engagement and connection with target audiences
• Implementing data-driven marketing approaches to maximize ROI
• Coordinating cross-functional efforts to support sales goals
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or previous experience in similar role
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills
• Ability to drive commercial results in complex and fast paced operating environment
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and partners from different cultural and business backgrounds.
• Experience in marketing services to entrepreneurs or international businesses 
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects and stakeholders simultaneously
