Marketing Executive – Social Media & Events

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500 per month
Experience: Fresh Graduates Welcome

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the hotel's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create simple social media content, promotional posters, captions, and short videos using Canva and CapCut.
• Assist in scheduling and publishing social media posts.
• Take photos and videos of hotel facilities, food promotions, events, and daily activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials for hotel promotions, festive campaigns, and special occasions.
• Support the coordination and setup of hotel events, functions, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with internal departments to collect information and materials for marketing content.
• Assist in responding to social media enquiries and forwarding customer requests to the relevant departments.
• Monitor basic social media engagement and prepare simple monthly reports.
• Perform other marketing and event-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, and CapCut.
• Creative, organised, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to assist with events outside regular working hours when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
