About the Company

Swap Market is a customer-to-customer (C2C) marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of pre-owned mobile phones in a safe and transparent environment. Through device certification, it helps users buy and sell with greater confidence while promoting the reuse of mobile devices, reducing electronic waste, and supporting a more sustainable tech lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms in collaboration with external agencies.
• Assist in developing ad creatives, campaign messaging, and campaign optimization initiatives.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Onboard and support marketplace sellers throughout the activation process.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with quality standards.
• Review and validate listing details, including pricing, grading, and descriptions, and resolve inconsistencies.
• Monitor marketplace activities to ensure a positive user experience for buyers and sellers.
• Handle buyer and seller inquiries, transaction-related issues, and basic dispute resolution.
• Review and validate listings (pricing, grading, descriptions) and resolve inconsistencies.
• Support day-to-day marketplace operations and contribute to process improvements as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Positive, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
