Your new role
As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of services across a portfolio of client accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include delivery planning, resource coordination, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining operational visibility across client programmes. You will also facilitate delivery meetings, monitor performance metrics, drive process improvements, and partner with client-facing teams to support successful client outcomes and long-term account growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• 4-8+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, programme management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Experience using project management and reporting tools to track delivery performance.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
