Requirements
Posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent
1–2 years of experience of site supervision in related field (e.g. fire-fighting works includes wiring and plumbing) is encourage to apply
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Supervision - Possess project management skills in controlling and coordinating resources for all on-going job including supervising sub-contractors work on installation and repair of fire fighting systems.
Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate report for Daily Site Progress to General Manager (Sales) and update progress work at the Weekly Coordination Meeting.
Resource Management & Job Coordination - Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively for proper execution of works and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Safety Control & Standard Compliance - Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulation and relevant authority requirements.
Additional Responsibilities - Any other responsibility assigned by General Manager (Sales).
