Full Time Senior Project Manager (Large Developments) Jobs, in Achieve Group - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong main contractor background to lead the delivery of large-scale luxury property developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven project leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors, clients and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery from planning and mobilisation through construction, completion and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and construction activities to meet quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring clear work scopes, effective coordination and timely delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and key stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving project issues.
• Provide technical oversight across architectural, structural and M&E disciplines, addressing design interfaces and construction challenges.
• Lead project teams and work closely with site managers, engineers and commercial teams to monitor progress, manage risks and resolve delays.
• Maintain the high standards of workmanship and finishing expected in luxury developments.

Requirements:

• Approximately 15 years or more of relevant construction and project management experience, with a strong main contractor background.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale luxury property developments in Singapore and/or regional markets.
• Strong technical knowledge across construction disciplines, with the ability to assess issues and guide practical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work packages.
• Strong client management skills, including experience working with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Confident leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period would be an advantage.
