Join Our Growing Team! Love bubble tea and enjoy working with people? We are looking for friendly, energetic and responsible Service Crew members to join our growing Yi Fang team! Whether you have F&B experience or are completely new to the industry, training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly service

- Take orders and handle cashier/payment transactions

- Prepare Yi Fang drinks according to recipes and SOPs

- Ensure drinks are prepared accurately and consistently

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet - Replenish ingredients, cups and other supplies

- Assist with opening and closing duties - Handle basic customer enquiries and feedback

- Work together with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Follow food safety and hygiene requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Friendly, positive and customer-oriented personality

- Responsible, punctual and reliable

- Willing to learn and work as part of a team

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment

- Able to communicate well with customers and colleagues

- Previous F&B / bubble tea experience is an advantage but not required
