Full Time Accounts cum Admin Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Carlos Newfood Industry Federal Territory - Maukerja

Build your accounting career with Carlos Newfood Industry Sdn Bhd, a growing food company in Cheras. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeps accurate records and follows through on details.

What you will do

• Record daily sales invoices, supplier bills, payments and receipts accurately.

• Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

• Check invoice details and supporting documents, investigate discrepancies and flag errors before processing.

• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes and e-invoicing submissions.

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with journal entries, month-end closing and management reports.

• Maintain petty cash records and support cash-flow monitoring.

• Keep invoices, payment records and company documents organised and easy to retrieve.

• Assist with payroll records, staff administration and licensing/compliance paperwork.

• Coordinate order, delivery and stock records with sales and operations colleagues.

What we are looking for

• Accounting, finance or bookkeeping experience is preferred. We also welcome candidates with accounting education (Diploma, Degree or LCCI) and relevant internship, admin or finance experience handling records.

• Fresh graduates with practical accounting exposure are welcome; training will be provided.

• Basic knowledge of debit/credit, AP/AR and bank reconciliation.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is an advantage.

• Careful with figures and documents, organised, responsible and able to follow up on tasks.

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and integrity when handling confidential information.

• F&B or FMCG experience is an advantage.
