- Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and operational roles, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer follow-up.
- Partner with employer to understand hiring needs, clarify role requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and industry networks.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and support passive candidate engagement.
- Support offer communication, pre-onboarding coordination.
- Track recruiting progress, maintain accurate hiring data, and support continuous improvement of recruiting channels and processes.
- To meet the company monthly hiring target.
