We are an SME specialising in Engineering, Facilities and Management, located in the eastern part of Singapore. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, schedules, costs and overall progress.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor contract variations, claims and project costs.
• Conduct site coordination and inspect incoming materials.
• Review working drawings using AutoCAD and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to safety compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, recognised by the PE Board, or a relevant qualification.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong project management, coordination and supervisory skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented and a good team player.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at the Airfreight Terminal.
