• Edit property photos and marketing videos

• Create engaging content for company & personal branding

• Brainstorm new and creative marketing ideas

Social media & marketing

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms

• Schedule and publish content

• Assist with Facebook / Meta advertising materials

• Monitor content performance and improve engagement

• Support property listing and recruitment marketing campaigns

Branding & creative

• Prepare company, team and agent branding materials

• Create event, achievement, recruitment and property marketing materials

• Keep marketing materials consistent and professional

• Explore new AI tools and marketing trends to improve content quality

Admin support

• Maintain and organise marketing files, photos, videos and databases

• Assist with property listings and basic documentation

• Coordinate team meetings, events and marketing activities

• Handle general administrative and operational support when required
