Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
Manage customer enquiries received through calls, emails and messages, particularly when Sales Representatives are unavailable, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Coordinate and process sales orders by checking product codes, pricing, approved discounts and inventory availability prior to order creation.
Support walk-in customers by addressing general enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain and communicate sales revenue updates to the Commercial team based on data provided by the Accounts Department.
Coordinate with the Sales Department Head to follow up with key customers on after-sales matters, including quotation disputes, service issues and loan-unit arrangements.
Prepare customer quotations and ensure relevant information is accurate and complete.
Leverage appropriate AI and digital productivity tools to enhance administrative efficiency and workflow.
Assist with other sales administration, coordination and related duties as required.
