Core responsibilities:

• Establish project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional departments.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, and senior management.
• Implement project governance, reporting procedures, and risk management practices.
• Resolve escalated project issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop project managers and improve project management capabilities. ·

Ensure projects are completed successfully and deliver the intended business value.
