Manage warehouse operations such as picking, packing, dispatch, returns and inventory control.

Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, capacity utilization and service levels.

Establish warehouse processes, SOPs and performance standards.

Lead warehouse supervisors/operation teams & lead performance & cost management.

Plan manpower requirements and ensure appropriate saffing levels across shifts.

Build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, sagety and continuous improvement.

Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle-counting programs.

Monitor stock movements, discrepancies, slow-moving inventory and stock losses

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, company policies, risk assessments etc

Manage relationships with logistics provider, suppliers, contractors and other external partners.

Monitor KPIs on inventory & order fulfilment accuracy, on-time dispatch/delivery performance etc.

Diploma with 8 years in supply chain/business with supervisory skills.

Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, WMS/ERP systems/supply chain.

Experience in process improvement, cost management and operational KPI management.
